Not Guilty
(Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, July 19. Mr Aleck William Bourne, consulting obstetrician, Queen Charlotte Hospital, and an examiner of the University of Cambridge, was charged with having illegally used, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, an instrument on a 15-year-old girl, who was the victim of an assault by two Guardsmen, now in gaol for their offence. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
