FRANCE'S TRIBUTE.—At work on the base of the memorial to the late King Albert of Belgium, being erected by the people of France in memory of a famous war ally. The plinth on which the workmen are engaged is to carry a statue of the late King, and is situated on the bank of the Seine, near the Place de la Concorde, in the heart of Paris.
