(Received 12 Noon.) LONDON, June 12. : The weekly commercial summary states that the international situation continues to worry the city, which is incensed over Germany’s default on the Austrian loans. The “Investors’ Chronicle” bluntly declares: “Here is the standard of Nazi technique, naked and unashamed. Herr Hitler has taken away Austria's monetary and military and industrial independence, but has not taken over her obligation. Default has never been more brazen.” The British Ambassador to Germany, Sir Neville Henderson, saw the Foreign Minister, Herr von Ribbentrop, yesterday, regarding the Austrian debt, states a cable message from Berlin. '
