Palestine Gangsters Shoot Four Jews
j (Received 1.30 p.m.) JERUSALEM, March 28. Gangsters held up a taxicab at Rameleh and shot dead four Jewish passengers. Three others are missing. The police, hearing the shooting, rushed up and killed three brigands in the ensuing action. Richard Traube, a German, and an unidentified man were found shot dead on the road near the British war cemetery. A later message states that the two men found dead were brothers, Richard and Irwin Traube, German theological students.
