LONDON, January 9. "Yes, I am a fugitive, exiled again,” gaid Madame Lupescu, woman companion of King Carol, for whom he formally renounced all rights. She gaive an exclusive interview to the Paris representative of “The People.” “I left Rumania because I put my country first,” she said. “My association with King Carol has been made the issue at the elections,, and I was bound to take notice of the result. I told the King I was ready to go. He was unwilling, but I insisted.”
