German Resentment Against Britain, France
(•Times" Cable.) (Received 10 a.rn.) LONDON, January 7

These are regarded as unwarranted interference. The semi-official journal, “Diplomat! che Korrespondenz.” the organ of the Foreign Office, says such ostentatious notice has not previously been taken of the 20-year-old regulations, which are out-of-date and inconvenient.
