Saros Salvage Decision Held Over
(Received 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 27.
.Reports from Cape Everard state that the coastal steamer Saros is still see-sawing on a granite reef 200 yards from Everard lighthouse, and the question of salvaging will be ’determined after the arrival of the marine superintendent.
The coast in the vicinity is most inhospitable and the scene of many wrecks.
