f ßritish Official wireless.] (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, November 29
Britain has decided to despatch a British military mission to Portugal in February. The mission aims at establishing personal contacts with appropriate authorities in Portugal on matters of common interest, and will examine the most suitable means by which they may be maintained. Britain contemplates appointment of a naval officer of the rank of rearadmiral as head of the mission, who would be accompanied by two officers of the Army and the R.A.F. of the rank of colonel and group captain respectively.
