Repossession Claim Succeeds
Judgment was given to-day by Mr G. N. Morris, S.M., in the case where Mrs Esther Merriman, of Auckland (Mr J. F. S. Briggs) claimed repossession of a house and section at No. 3 Morningside Road, leased to Mrs Marie Lynch (Mr R. K. Trimmer), on the grounds that defendant had been given proper and legal notice to quit, but had failed to do so. The case had been adjourned for further legal argument, but to-day Mr Trimmer announced that'he had no further submissions to make, “The argument of Mr Briggs,” he said, “has completely overwhelmed US.” i ’ i ; ; 1 An order for repossession after 21 days was made. £4/19/ in costs being allowed. ~
