Judgment was given to-day by Mr G. N. Morris, S.M., in the case where Mrs Esther Merriman, of Auckland (Mr J. F. S. Briggs) claimed repossession of a house and section at No. 3 Morningside Road, leased to Mrs Marie Lynch (Mr R. K. Trimmer), on the grounds that defendant had been given proper and legal notice to quit, but had failed to do so.
