J J A telegram from Oxford, New j ■ Jersey, states that a 14-year-old i s boy went without sleep for nearly R 2 36 hours, in order to prevent his j * father committing suicide, be- I I cause he had been unemployed R l since he was crippled in an acci- j J dent. ® 0 The boy dozed and was awak- i 1 ened by a shot. He saw his [ J father fire a second shot, which j * indicted a fatal wound in the/ I l head.
