Belgian Monarch As Ambassador
[British Official Wireless.l ' ■ (Received 2 p.m.) RUGBY, March 24. King Leopold of the Belgians will tonight dine informally with the King and Queen. It is understood that the private conversation which King Leopold had with Mr. Eden and other Ministers on Monday was of an informative and entirely satisfactory character. It is emphasised that, as a constitutional monarch, King Leopold spoke only privately, but that he was in a position to give what was an extremely authoritative exposition of Belgium’s desire in regard to revision cf its status in the western security system.- •
