The weather was fine and there was a good attendance for the second day of the Westport Jockey Club’s annual meeting. The track was in excellent order. Results: —
Flying Hack Handicap, of 70 sovs; six furlongs.—(l) Deliurn, 8.12, 1; (2) ArrdWmid, 8.13, 2; (6) Lady Bun, 7.7, 3. Iminit bnd Malvasia were scratched. Threfe and a half lengths each way. Time—l.ls 2-5.
Denriiston Handicap Trot, of 80 sovs; one mile.—(l) Jambo, 24yds, 1; (2) Brian Boru, 24yds, 2; (5) Parallax, 36yds, 3. All started. Half a length; a length. No time telegraphed. Westport Handicap, of. 145 Sovs, and cup valued at 20 sovs; one mile and a quarter.—(2) Cyclonic, 8.11, 1;’ (1) Golden Dart, 9.1, 2; (3) Carfex, 7.9, 3, Supreme Court and Roy Bun were scratched. Two lengths; a lengthy Time—2.lo 2-5.
