London Sheep Market
The Bank of New Zealand has received the following advice from its London office at the close of business last week:— Wethers.—The market is firm; light, 43d to 5Jd; heavy, 4d to 4|d. Ewes. —The market is short of supplies, and prices are nominal, 3|d to 4|d. Lambs. —The market is weaker for heavyweights; lightweights remain steady. Twos, 7d to 7£d; eights, 63d to 6|d; fours, 6fd to 6|d; seconds, 6|d to 7d.
