KILONSOA TAKES PLATE [Special to “Northern Advocate”! AUCKLAND, This Day. In spite of the unfavourable conditions, good racing was a feature of the day for the Takapuna Jockey Club’s spring meeting, which opened at Ellerslie on Saturday. The totalisator handled £31,351, compared with £27,663 on the first day last year, an increase of £3,688. Further results:—
