WAR DEBT NOTICES SENT OUT
— —..—.«» (Received 10 a.m.) WASHINGTON. November 28. Formal notices of war debt payments due on December 15 have been sent to 13 Governments. Officials state that they have received no word to the effect that France and Italy are interested in reopening the negotiations for new funding agreements as intimated in European dispatches, but requests would bo considered on their merits.
