ON WHANGAREI BOWLING GREENS
J. CLARK SINGLES CHAMPION
A strong wind interfered with play on the Whangarei Bowling Club’s greens on Saturday, when there was a large attendance of enthusiasts. Considering the showery conditions experienced during the past week the greens played well.
The singles championship, which was contested during the week, was won by J. Clark, who went through with only one loss.
