MAKE BELIEVE IN MARZIPAN Rose, lily or fruit shapes can be imitated with this tasty marzipan. Work the whites of 2 eggs and £ lb almonds (dried and ground) into a ball after adding a reasonable amount of Stevens’ “Cathedral Brand” Essence of Vanilla. Break into rolls; roll in cocoa mixed with icing sugar and mould as desired. HlO
