PERSONAL. Mrs Drifflll, of Waiotemara, who has been visiting in Kohukohu, has left for home. Mr and Mrs Owen Budd and family have returned from a holiday spent at Opononi. Mr and Mrs P. Reid and Mrs Bert Warmington left by car for Auckland on Tuesday. Mr Stoddart, accompanied by his wife and family, arrived by car on Wednesday to take up his position as manager of the Bank of New South Wales. Mrs George Page and Misses Shirley and Ngaire Page left for Auckland on Wednesday. Both girls are to enter St. Mary’s Convent to complete their education. Mr Guy Roberts, of Waireia Estate, has returned from a visit to Wellington. Mr and Mrs Thompson, of Mitimiti, have returned from a holiday spent in Dunedin. Mr Thompson has received notice of his transfer from Mitimiti to Tautoro School. The annual picnic of the Kohukohu Methodist Sunday School was held on Wednesday on the property of Mr Sol Rogers, Te Tio. About 30 children j were present, and a most enjoyable : day was spent with swimming, games I and lollie scrambles. j
