Bundi (West Coast)l42ozs. 16dwts. from 40,000 cubic yards in 200 hours. The dredge was closed down for four days, bn account of a shortage of water. Minor repairs were effected, and the dredge is now working satisfactorily. Kildare Co. —The Kildare Consolidated Gold Mining Co., Ltd., (Central Otago) Reports that Mr Walter Johnson, who has been the manager of the company since its inception, has secured a poistion as manager of an alluvial mine in New Guinea. Mr W. J. Wade, of Blackstone Hill, Otago, has been appointed to the position.
