SIR A. CHAMBERLAIN’S SON.

Lieutenant Joseph Chamberlain, soij of Sir Austin Chamberlain, who is serving with the Trans-Jordan frontier force, is reported to have been captured by Wahabis while on a pleasure excursion with a patrol in Hedjaz -territory. The diplomatic correspondent of the “Sunday Express” is informed that Lieutenant Chamberlain was in charge of two army transport cars when he inadvertently crossed the frontier and was detained.
