FINAL DIVIDEND. At the annual meeting of shareholders of the New Zealand Insurance Company, Ltd., which is to be helc on August 6, the directors will recommend payment of a dividend oi 1/ per share for the half-year, making a distribution of 2/ a share fnj the year ended May 31. A similai dividend was paid last year, but ii I addition a bonus of 6d a share wai | distributed, to mark the 75th ann.t j versary of the company.
