RECKLESS DRIVING CHARGE

Patrick Thomas Syron, driver of the motor car which struck and fatally injured Norman Alexander Anderson at the corner of Willis and Willestown Streets on May 6, pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday to a charge of reckless driv- f ing. He was committed to the Supreme Cdurt for trial. The hearing of a charge of failing to stop after the accident, to which Syron pleaded not guilty, was adjourned until the major charge had been heard.
