OBITUARY
MR WALTER H. TRIPE. [Per Press Association. — Copyright.} WELLINGTON, This Day. The death occurred yesterday of MrWalter H. Tripe, formerly general manager of the Gear, Meat Preserving and Freezing Company (New Zealand), Ltd. Mr Tripe joined the service of the company in 1891, and in 1919 he was appointed to the position of general manager. He retired in 1931 upon the completion of 40 years’ service.
