ACCIDENT TO PLANE
PILOT ESCAPES. [Special to "Northern Advocate/’I PALMERSTON N., This Day. When landing at the Milson aex*odrome yesterday, after a flight from Wellington in a Moth aeroplane owned by the Wellington Aero Club, Mr Groombridge, who was en route to Feilding, met with a mishap. The airman ecsaped practically unhurt. After touching the ground, the aeroplane stood on its nose and turned over on its back. The propeller was broken and the fuselage damag. ed by a thrust from the undercarxfiage. Two wings were crumpled and the rudder and sternpost smashed.
