PRODUCTION RETURNS. Ben Ledi (Otago).—lOoz 2dwts for three days’ sluicing to December 22. Alexander (Reeftcn). —In December, 324 tons of ore were crushed for a return of 191 oz 10 dwts of melted gold; in the cyanide department, 125 tons of sand were treated for 290 z 2dwts, and the concentrates roaster produced 930 z 2dwts. The total value, estimated at £7 a fine ounce, was £2070. In addition, 11,443 tons of concentrates have been saved, valued at £3OO.
