The Premier of Spain, Senor Lerroux, announced in Parliament today that the’ National Confederation of Labour had called a strike of 200,000 to 300,000 workers for dawn tomorrow. This will coincide with the execution of two rebels concerned in the recent revolution.

Senor Robles, Catholic Leader, declared that another revolution was being prepared, which must be crushed. Therefore the Government sought a vote of confidence.

The Monarchists attacked the Government, alleging that it had reprieved some of those sentenced to death while others faced the penalty.
