BACK TO ENGLAND
YUGOSLAVIA’S BOY KING. HIS MOTHER’S DESIRE. * l . (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, November 6. The Vienna correspondent of the “Daily Express’ says the boy King Peter of Yugoslavia will return to his English school, if his mother, Queen Marie, obtains her way. This project is at present opposed by the constitution, which provides that the King must permanently reside in Yugoslavia. His mother is being aided with legal experts who are seeking a loophole, as she is detei’mined that he shall be brought up in the democratic atmosphere of an English school instead of being the centre of intrigue and flattery of court life. King Peter has already brought back English ways. He sleeps with his windows open, which is unusual in Yugoslavia, and demands bacon and eggs for breakfast instead of the Continental coffee and roll.
