AUSTRALIA-AUCKLAND MATCH. DRAW OF THREE GOALS EACH. (Special to "Northern Advocate.’’) AUCKLAND, This Day. In the toughest struggle of their tour, the Australian hockey representatives, on Saturday afternoon, played a draw of three goals each with Auckland (holders of the New Zealand Challenge Shield) at Eden Park. A great pace was maintained throughout, although many movements which were brilliant in conception broke down on account of the ball bumping erratically. Australia led 3 —2 until the last minute, when Auckland scored the goal which saved the day for them.
