OBITUARY
MRS HANNAH SMITH Mrs Hannah Smith, mother of Mr C. Stanley Smith, managing director of the “Evening Star,” .Dunedin, died this week, aged 90 years. She was the only surviving member of a family of six daughters and one son of Mr Qgorge Bell, who purchased the “Evening Star” in 18G9, and in 189 i) formed the “Evening Star” Company, Ltd,, with members of his family as shareholders.
