WEMBLEY SWIMMING POOL
DUKE PERFORMS OPENING. ARTIFICIAL WAVES. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 9 a.m.) lUJGBV, July 20. The Duke of Gloucester today opened the great Empire swimming pool at Wembley, and, by touching a button, set iu motion artificial wave-pro-ducing machinery. The Duke said ho was greatly impressed by the size and dignity of the building.
