GRATUITOUS COMPENSATION, (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, March 21. As a sequel to the motor tragedy opposite Buckingham Palace on October 7, the insurance company concerned, though it was absolved from liability, because the driver of the car did not reveal that he was subjected to epileptic fits, paid £2200 to Aircraftsman Squibb, who lost both his. legs. Smaller amounts wore? paid to other pedestrians.
