ECONOMIC DISCUSSIONS
BRITAIN AND FRANCE. CORDIAL ATMOSPHERE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 21. A communique issued from the Board of Trade states that the economic discussions between the Governments of the United Kingdom and France have been conducted in an ■atmosphere of complete cordiality. They have been concerned Avith the question of quotas and with the presentation of drafts intended to replace the convention of 1826 and 3882, which were recently renounced.
