Sheep.—Ghoep weie yarded in average .numbers, and sold under steady competition. at late quotations. Heavy prime AVelhers made'27/0 to 20/; medium, .26/" to 27/6; light, 23/6 In 25/0; small and unfinished, 18/(5 to -•">/; maiden prime ewes. 21/3 to 23/6: heavy prime, 10/ to 21/; medium, 17/3 to 18/0; light, 15/ to 17/: inferior, 7/6 to 14/6. Lambs.—Lambs wore penned in average numbers, and met with a ready sale, values being on a par with those of last-week. Heavy prime, 23/ to 25/3; medium, 20/ to 22/0; light, .16/ to 10/0; unfinished, best, .13/0 to 15/6; others, 10/ to 13/6. Pigs.—Pigs were penned in large numbers. There, was an easing tendency, but values generally were equal to those of the previous sale. Choppers sold from 30/ to GO/; heavy and medium baconcrs, from 65/ to 77/; light baconers and lioavy porkers, from 44/ to 63/; medium and light porkers, from 20/' to 43/;; small and unfinished porkers, 15/'to 23/. .Store pigs were dull of sale. Values were easier. Large stores, 14/ to IS/; slips, 10/ to 1.3/6; weaners, 5/ to 11/. Calves.—An average yarding of calves, sob] at late rates. Runners, 40/ to 74/; heavy voalcrs, 50/ to GO/; medium, 40/ to 48/; light, 30/ to 38/; smaller, 20/'to 28/; small and freshdropped, 3/ to 16/; rough calves, 8/ to 16/.
