INTRUSION INTO MANCHURIA
GOVERNMENT CONCERN. (Received 11.80 a.m.) HARBIN, March 20. Reports state that Manchu officials are viligantly investigating the intrusion of eight armed Soviet guards who reconnoitred near Hunchun about March 11. The Government is reported to be concerned over the antiJapanese agitation.
