TOUR OF M.C.C. TEAM. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) NAPIER, This Day. Advice stated to have been received from H. Sutcliffe, the Yorkshire cricketer, by a relative in New 7 Zealand to the effect that the M.G.C. team would probably visit the Dominion in season, was mentioned by Mr McLeod, secretary of the : Hawdce’s Bay Cricket Association in a j letter to Mr Rowland Bowen, an. Eng- | lish cricket enthusiast. Mr Bowen communicated with secretary of the M.C.C. and received | the following reply, wdiich has been ; forwarded to Mr McLeod: “I. am ! afraid you have been misinformed. So | far as I know, there is no chance of | the M.C.C. being able to send a team ! io New 7 Zealand in the ■ 1034-35 season. i-No doubt future tours will be disI cussed this summer. ’*
