Extra choice ox sold at 22/- per 100 lbs; choice and prime, IS/- to 23/-: secondary and plain, 14/- to 17/-; prime young cow and heifer beef, 38/to 21/-; secondary, 13/- to 17/-; extra heavy prime steers, £S 10/- to £0 7/«: heavy, £7 Id/- to £S 7/0; lighter, £0 12/0 to £7 7/-; light, £5 10/- to £6 10/*; small and unfinished, £3 10/- to £3 17/0; extra heavy prime young co pr and heifers, £5 7/0 to £6; heavy, £■* 10/- to £3 3/-; lighter, £3 15/- to £4 7/0; light, £2 15/- to £3 12/0; others, i £1 10/- to £2 10/-.
