The “Lucky Surprise” Art Union was drawn this morning in the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall. Of the first and second prizes, which weio drawn one after the other, the former came to Auckland and the latter to Frankton Junction. A Wellington ticket holder drew the third prize. Details are as follows: —
