DR. TILLYARD RESIGNING
ON MEDICAL ADVICE.

Acting on medical advice, Dr. R. J. Tillyard has decided to resign his position of chief of the division of economic entomology of the Council of and Industrial Eesearch, When ho recovers from the breakdown in his health, which occurred in Chicago last .Tune, he will take up research work. Dr. A. Nicholson, acting research officer, Canberra, probably will succeed Dr. Tillyard.
