The Public Prosecutor has demanded that General Goering, Dr Gochbels, Herr Heines, Police Chief of Breslau, Count Helldorf, leader of the Berlin Storm Troops, and Herr Schulz, all accused in the “Brown Book,” should bo called as witnesses in the Reichstag fire trial. .No doubt the court, will acquiesce.
Supposedly because he wrote a newspaper article offensive to General Goering, a Avell-known Dutch journalist, Baron von Swindren, was arrested in the lobbv at the lire trial.
