GIFTS UNDER WILL
DECISION RESERVED (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Court- of Appeal yesterday further considered the appeal of the solicitor-general from the judgment of Mr. Justice MacGregor, delivered in Wellington on July 11, 1933, in which he made certain gifts under the will of Gaius Brewer, formerly of Wellington, void for uncertainty. Mr. Bliss, counsel of the trustees, said his clients merely wished to abide by the decision of the court. He did not propose to take part in the argument. Decision was reserved.
