Today’s price is the highest quoted this year. ■Silver is quoted at 17i|d an ounce spot, and 17 3-10 d forward, compared with 17Id and 17 7-Sd yesterday. The quotations at* per fine ounce for silver is 30 1-Rd, same as yesterday.
