AUSTRALIAN SERVICE POSTPONEd The entry of the Blue Star Line into the Australian trade has been postponed for 12 months. Unforseen circumstances have arisen which prevent the institution iof a regular monthly service as soon as was previously expected. PROBABLE REASON. NEW ZEALAND SERVICE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Blue Star Line has practically completed arrangements for the immediate inauguration of a service between New Zealand and the United Kingdom, and it is understood that this circumstance prevents the company negotiating further with Australian shippers at the present stage.
