MR MASTERS BUSY
EDUCATIONAL AFFAIRS. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 13. Mr Masters has been exceedingly active since his arrival in England. What time he has had to spare from the Economic Conference and from attending matters affecting the producers of New Zealand, has been devoted to making close inquiries into aspects of education in England in the interests of the Dominion. He has had a conference with Lord Irwin, President, of the Board of Education. His inquiries up to the present have been closely associated with training colleges and their administration, in so far as their relation to the universities is concerned, school medical services, also the policy of entrance to secondary schools.
