WOOL PRICES SUSTAINED
LONDON DISPOSALS. STEADY TONE, (Received 11. a.m.V LONDON, July 17. At the wool sales today 9520 bales were offered, including 4521 New Zealand. About 4820 bales were sold. A steady tone continues, with prices unchanged. New r Zealand greasy merino, “Omarama,” top price, 13;|d, average 13 3-8 d; greasy crossbred, “BA 1/4,” 1/ and 6 7-Bd. Bradford is quiet. Users are well covered and reluctant to pay the last advance. Quotations, nevertheless, are very firm.
