FINED FOR SPEEDING
EX-CANADIAN MINISTER. (Received 2.30 p.m.) TORONTO, July 14. The Hon. Vincent Massey, formerly Canadian Minister to Washington, and now the chief organiser of the Liberal Party was fined .15 dollars for failing to appear in court to answer a charge of speeding an automobile. He was charged with driving at (50 miles an hour.
