FLIGHT INTERRUPTION

PRINCE FORCED TO LAND. EN ROUTE TO WEYMOUTH. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 9 a.m.) .' RUGBY, July 13. Heavy rain and winds prevented the Prince of Wales completing a flight from Windsor to Weymouth, where he opened now haibour works .this afternoon. In his private machine,/ piloted by Flight-Lieutenant E. H. Fielden, His Royal Highness had reached Swanage, near Bournemouth, when bad weather necessitated the abandonment of the flight. A perfect landing was made in a wheatfield. The Prince continued the journey by road.
