.\ ri- E. A. Harrison, of Hall’s A venue?, continues to be confuted to his home, as an aftermath of his recent illness.
The death has occurred at Wellington of Miss Muriel Edith .Frazer, elder daughter of Mr Justice Frazer, after a serious illness, Mr J. Wallace Smith, dairy instructor for North Auckland, leaves next Friday by the Wanganella for a five weeks’ holiday visit to Australia.
Three members of the Unemployment Board, Messrs J. S. Jessep (deputy chairman), P. R, Olimie (Christchurch) and W. Bromley (Wellington) are due to retire at the end of the month. It is understood that they will be reappointed.
