FRENCH ENVOYS CHOSEN. VISIT OF CHINESE DELEGATE. (Received noon.) LONDON, dune (5. The complete French delegation to the forthcoming world economic conference in London will be composed of the Premier, M. Daladior, and seven of his Cabinet Ministers, including M. Bonnet (Finance), M. Panl-Bonconr (Foreign Affairs), M. Sarraut (Colonies), M. Qneill (Agriculture), M. Serre (Commerce), M. Fvotii (Mercantile Marine), and M. Patenoire.
The Chinese Minister of Finance, Dr. T. V, Soong, who is paying :i brief visit to England, will meet Mr MacDonald and other members of the Cabinet. It is assumed that the relations between Britain and China, will be discussed.
'‘The Times” says that Mr Soong’s financial ability and courage in the face of appalling difficulties and bis reputation for integrity have won him the trust of those shrewd judges, Chinese merchants and bankers, and the respect of the still important foreign communities of Ihe Treaty Ports.
