LADIES’ PHOVTNCIAL TITLE. MISS BARNES-GRAHAM THE WINNER. (Per Press Association. —Cnoyrlfflit.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Wellington provincial ladies’ goil’ championship title was won yesterday by Miss Barnes-Graham (Gisborne), who earned the reward of brilliant play when she defeated Miss V. Fleming (Christchurch) in the final. The game was taken to the 20th hole, whore Mis# Barnes-Graham played a beautiful chip fourth to the lip of the hole, taking 5 to her opponent ’a 0. The Hcretannga trophy was won by Miss Chrystali, who beat Miss Vincent (Masterton) 2 and 1.
The medal foursome was won by the Misses Culling and TJalhbone (Auckland), whose card read S7 —b—7B. Mrs Parkin and Mrs Hanson took the prize for the best net score.
