(Received 0 a.m.) RUGBY, May L A collision between two Belgian steamers on the Dover—Ostend route occurred during n fog in the Channel this afternoon. The mail boat, Princes Marie Jose, (2477 tons), which left Dover with 1.10 'passengers on board, was the more seriously damaged, but was aide to proceed. The Btad Antwerpen, carrying 246 passengers, reached Dover safely. None of the passengers or crew was hurt.
